Very calm, İ didnt expect Hostel style could be too nice the interior design. İ would repeat stay here for the next visit in the future. Plus, they allow to drop beg/luggage first if you arrive early. Quite convenient for the saver traveller.
Excellent hostel to stay in. It's a 10 minute walk from St Erikston where there are overnight buses to and from the airport and the metro station. Beds comfy, respectful and peaceful guests. Excellent kitchen facilities, there's a lounge with a TV where you can watch Netflix, nice friendly staff and in a very secure setting. Excellent value for money. I would highly recommend 😊
Stayed here for one night, the view from the windows WOAH!😍 I really liked the amount of common areas and places to chill, the hostel is around a loooong corridor, but along the corridor there is comfortable sofas/chairs to chill. I even found hair dryer which was free to use after shower and loved the sofa in the living/tv room. The beds had super warm plankets. I would absolutely stay here again! It is a plus to be able to check in whenever even without staff, but I think it would also be appreciated to have the staff around (/easily figured out who is working here if someone is) to be able to ask questions and clarify the locations/things in the hostel etc. but also all the signs around the hostel made it easy to figure out things and also the message which I got before arrival, made it easy to arrive.
Overall ok experience. The problems are: - Only 3 bathrooms for such a large guests. - The location is a bit far. Given the hilly Stockholm area. - Some old guests are sick or have issues. In our room one was loudly snoring, the other was always in the room!? and there was one who peed in his bed bunk. There are no air ventilator so I had to sleep with his urine smell in my nose!!!! The cleaning was excellent.
If you are visiting Stockholm on a budget, I really recommend this hostel! It is located a 15 minute walk from the Central Station and everything is in walking distance. We didn't take any public transportation our whole stay! It was also very convenient to be able to drop off our luggage for free before check-in. Make sure to let them know in advance if you plan to do so because you will need a code to get into the building (we learned the hard way). The luggage storage room is not locked or monitored, it is essentially a closet where you can leave your belongings. We didn't have any problems with it. There are also 4 small lockers inside the room if you want to bring a lock to secure your things. In the hostel there is a kitchen that was extremely well kept, supplied with dishes, silverware, an oven, microwave and all that you need to cook. There is a small lounge room with a couch and a tv anyone can relax in. There were 3 showers and 3 toilets that everyone shared (I never had to wait long). The rooms were clean, you had to put on your own sheets and duvet cover, and take them off when you left. Despite mixed information, you can get a free towel to use during your stay. The room had a very thin locker per each bed, not enough for a suitcase to fit but we did fit our backpacks and valuable belongings. My friend and I booked separately so I had contacted the hostel in advance to ensure we were put together and they said we would be. When we arrived, we received different room bookings. After talking to the staff, they were able to help us change the booking to ensure we roomed together. Overall great experience!!!
