Reviews
Nice experience for a one night. Staff is really kind and have positive vibe. Everything was clean and basement room was comfy and temperature nice. Still, I think they should check air ventilation on basement, it could be better. Hotel location is excellent, because old town have so many nice restaurants and you can easily move to another parts of the city from there.
We stayed at the hotel in Stockholm for four days. The location on the edge of Gamla Stan with a view to the waterfront was excellent, and the price was really good too. The staff was friendly. The rooms could have been larger, but they were acceptable for sleeping. However, there were some serious issues: the floor was uneven and presented tripping hazards. In the bathroom, the shower door leaked so badly that the entire Bathroom was flooded after a shower. The sink drain was also leaking, causing a constant pool of water underneath the sink. The bathroom trash can was completely broken, and there was no holder for the showerhead. Various hooks and fixtures in both the bathroom and the room had been torn off. Overall, there was a severe lack of hooks or surfaces for placing clothes and luggage, and there was nowhere to hang wet towels. In short, the small hotel room could have been significantly improved with very little effort. We can therefore recommend the location and price, but unfortunately not the rest.
