This was a tough one. The service was great! Very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately no one was a fan of their drinks. The food was also tricky, those of us who got the burgers really enjoyed them but the meatballs were not a hit they were oddly reslly tough not tender or particularly flavorful.
We each ordered a set menu on Christmas Eve. Good quality and very reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. The kitchen didn't really have time so we waited almost an hour for our main course. The wait staff were on top of their game, even though they were working under heavy load. The delay was nicely compensated with a deduction from the bill on the staff's initiative. It wasn't their fault that there were too few of them, the menu was too complex or they had taken too many guests.
