Very cozy and historic outside but very modern on the inside. Great staff, good breakfast. Noteworthy that there are rooms without a window but that’s always mentioned when booking
We accidentally booked wrong weekend, But Emmateus, helped us and moved our reservation for the right date. Service was so nice and the hotel was so beautiful. Will visit this hotel in future travels! Thank you for the kind and nice service!
The hotel was really well renovated, the bathroom was amazingly clean and well maintained. The breakfast was adequate. Location was great.
My friends and I just stayed here for a 6 night stay, and we absolutely loved it! It is so so charming. The finishes, linens, and toiletries were all great. We stayed in the Deluxe King and used the pullout couch so that we could fit 4 people total, which was comfortable for us. We found it on Condé Nast and booked with Booking.com through which we were able to easily chat to the hotel with questions. We used the recommendations on their website to reserve a dinner in the neighborhood that we loved (Brasserie Balzac). We had drinks at the restaurant in the hotel Bästardo one night and had dinner there another night. Both great! The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast was fresh and absolutely delicious. I will say that it is the same every day, so just a heads up if you want some variety that it would be good to eat out a day or 2. We especially enjoyed the fresh juices It is about an 8-12 minute walk to Tekniska högskolan station, Rådmansgatan station, or Odenplan. There are also a few buses nearby. Just a few thoughts to improve would be that the remote for the TV really did not work well. We weren’t sure if it was a battery issue or something else, but the side buttons didn’t function most of the time. Such a small issue, but would make a difference. It would also be helpful to have a link to your website on your Google page. I think it would be helpful so that people could book directly through you and find your website more easily. Very nice and cozy hotel, with kind and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast and good location in the city. Plus points for the light switch inside of the bathroom and very good hairdryer.
