Our stay was truly enjoyable! The location in central Stockholm is perfect, with everything close by and the metro right there. Our room was spotless (even though the hotel looks a bit tired) and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! 😊
The hotel is centrally located and very spacious. We had a large city view on the seventh floor. The only downside is the hotel is not equipped with efficient Air Conditioning and so be prepared to be very warm indoors (especially if you are accustomed to central air conditioning in the USA). Sadly the pool was also closed as it is being remodeled. The gym was perfect, spacious, clean and fully equipped with functioning equipment.
We were a bit disappointed in our stay at the Radisson Blu Viking when we stayed in Stockholm, especially considering the price we paid. The rooms were clean however the temperature of the room was an issue, and the thermostat kept adjusting itself making the room too warm. We had to constantly turn it back down. When we mentioned it to the front desk they said it would take a couple of days for maintenance to look into the issue. There is a safety issue with the design of the shower, and stepping out of the oddly shaped tub and shower while wet is quite dangerous. There is a weird step through the glass with no handholds. We found ourselves having to be very cautious so we didn't fall (and we aren't old). I would be very concerned if someone had mobility issues, or if they were elderly. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. Lots of food options, and the breakfast seating area is quite beautiful and bright, though the coffee is terrible.

Throughout my stay, both Ms. Auschara and Ms. Wariya demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction. They took excellent care of guests and provided outstanding recommendations regarding the breakfast service, ensuring that everyone felt welcome and well informed. What impressed me most was their genuine attentiveness to every guest. They consistently went above and beyond to assist people with warmth, patience, and a positive attitude. Their willingness to help and their attention to detail created a very pleasant and memorable experience for all guests. Employees such as Ms. Auschara Chairum and Ms. Wariya Thainiphon are true ambassadors of hospitality and are a great asset to your hotel. Everything is ok during my stay. Except the communication ! they never answer the messages i sent on booking.com I asked the invoice when i check out but they said the IT service is temporaly down and they will send by email. But finally i did not receive anything. now i'm came back to my country, i send message on booking but they irgnored. I don't know how to get the invoice to provided to my company. normally it's very easy ? my stay from 22/5-25/5, room number is 561. I hope you can check and send me the invoice it's very important ! Thank you
