This is a restaurant that we would happily visit again. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish reflected the care and passion of the kitchen. What impressed us the most, however, was the exceptional service from Nora. She welcomed us with a warm smile, patiently explained the menu, and recommended the fish soup and the fish and chips—both of which turned out to be excellent choices. Throughout our meal, she was attentive to every detail and made sure we had everything we needed. Even when the restaurant became much busier and many guests arrived at once, Nora never made us feel overlooked. Despite constantly moving between tables, the quality of her service never changed, and our food arrived promptly. That level of professionalism and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us. As visitors from abroad, receiving such sincere and warm service was truly touching. Thank you, Nora, for making our visit so memorable. The dishes you recommended were absolutely delicious, and we will definitely return the next time we visit Sweden.
hidden gem for budget-conscious eaters. I stumbled upon this little snack bar by chance. It's quite small, but cozy. The food is fantastic, everything delicious and fresh. The owner is very nice and friendly. The menu isn't extensive, mainly fish. But I really enjoyed it. If you like fish and don't want to spend too much on food in Stockholm, this is the place for you.
Cosy seafood restaurant with great staff and excellent food. Admittedly we only had the fish and chips but they were delicious! The batter was crispy and the fish tender and full of flavour. The chips were super hot and crunchy. As an accompaniment they give you tartare sauce, pickled red cabbage and mushy peas. The peas were cold but this in no way detracted from the dish. All round yum! We also had a couple of Wisby zero beers which paired really well with the fish and chips. Great label on the beer which apparently comes from Gotland in the Baltic Sea. Who knew they surfed there? Good atmosphere rounded out a very enjoyable dinner and under 500 SEK for 2 including drinks. Highly recommended.
Came here today, a snowy day. I love snowy weather and nothing is better than warm fish soup in such a cold weather. The fish soup is the best I have had in Sweden. I also tried fish and chips, it was so good, better than the ones I had in the uk! The batter is well marinated and the fish is very crispy. The American waitress is super friendly and kind! I had great experience here, I will come back to try other food such as fish taco and fish burger!
