Restaurant Esperia

When I visited Stockholm, my local friend took me Esperia and had a wonderful dining experience. We shared several appetizers, lamb dish for the main course, and traditional Greek coffee. I enjoyed authentic Greek cuisine.
Love this Greek restaurant!! Have been here a few times and the food is always amazing, definitely recommend any of the skewers and the rack of lamb.
I found this place through a social media recommendation and the food absolutely lives up to the hype, delicious and full of authentic flavors. The interior is warm and cozy, but the noise level makes it nearly impossible to hold a conversation. We were also unlucky enough to sit next to a very loud group of teenagers, which probably colored our experience a little. Good overall, but definitely not a spot for introverts or quiet dinners.
We had a great dinner here. Absolutely recommend to have reservations specially on Fridays and weekends. It was full all the time. The atmosphere was nice and they have 2 floors with a lot of tables. All the staff were so friendly. We had grilled halloumi as appetiser, which was so good. And had 2 plates of lamb options as main course. Both were amazing. And they also had so good sauce on their plates. And as dessert, we had cream brûlée and baklava, that they were good but not as good as everything else. And the desserts were average! House wine also recommended!
My poor planning and a rumbling stomach made me pick the closest place I could find. Unfortunately, it was February 14th, so it was fully booked, but the manager called someone who had reserved a table and didn’t show up, and managed to squeeze us in. Honestly, it was a great coincidence that we ended up eating there. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and my medium-rare steak was perfect. The potatoes were also amazing. I really like this place.
