Amazing gym with highly knowledgeable trainers that focus on quality but also notice you as an individual and will adjust to your needs. It’s a serious gym to workout but also a place to find a fun community of people that enjoy taking care of themselves. The gym is modern and artsy which I like feels unique and cozy. Recommend the massage here they offer.
Really good place to train! Feels very familiar among the people and the trainer is great at coaching
