Absolutely loved this restaurant. We came in during one of their Saturday lunch seatings and really enjoyed the whole ~2 hour event. The food was prepared in front of us at the counter and the chefs were all extremely personable, talked to us personally about the food and other topics - especially about the Michelin Guide awards happening the next day, congratulations btw! Compared to other 'Michelin' establishments, this has less of the white tablecloth approach but that's not to say the food and serivce don't match. Everything we were served was well done but there were standouts, e.g. "not a takoyaki". We also enjoyed the addition of Nordic/Swedish touches to the primarily Japanese style.
Michelin Star Japanese-inspired restaurant with real Japanese flavors. We had an 11 course menu. The washroom was fun to experience. Has a ladder and therefore maybe not convenient for everyone.
Great restaurant, with one Michelin star. Every dish is an experience, with a different sensation. The staff presenting the dish, and explaining the best way to taste/eat it. It was hard to find a table, but we managed to book one during the Christmas period. The food and the staff were amazing. ps. restaurant is pet free.
