The festival
The festival is equal parts amusement park and university. It is a place to experience the pleasure, amazement and challenge of food creation alongside passionate, professional food crafters. Where flavours and personalities combine to trigger curiosity and passion, and to give you a deeper understanding of each ingredient and the resulting creations. For two glorious late-summer days, the Fjäderholmarna islands will be awash with flavours, scents and impressions. We are calling the festival Foodstock – our celebration of culinary creation.

If you asked what we would bring to a desert island, our answer would be the world’s most interesting chefs. And you. But the chefs won’t be there only to cook, and you won’t be there only to eat. Our vision is a gastronomic and cultural exchange where everyone experiences and celebrates the joy of food, honestly and wholeheartedly. Together.
Foodstock will feature some of the world’s most renowned chefs. Some are avant-garde aficionados of foodcraft, while others boast Michelin stars and acclaimed restaurants.

The island Stora Fjäderholmen is located in the Stockholm Archipelago and the boat trip to get there takes about 25 minutes from Stockholm and it's included in the festival tickets.
