Embark on a Swedish holiday experience in the winter wonderland of Stockholm on a two-hour guided small group tour. Partake in the magic of a Swedish Christmas with the expertise of a local guide. While you explore Christmas markets, enjoy holiday delicacies by your guide's recommendation.
Begin your tour in Stockholm in front of the Nobel Museum, where you'll meet your guide and dive into the Old Town's Christmas Market. Let yourself be dazzled by the Christmas lights and trees while you learn about the history of the Christmas markets in Stockholm.
Next, discover how Christmas is celebrated in Sweden, from the food, to the traditions and celebrations. Hear the story behind the origins of Dalarna's toy horse and the tomten, the Swedish Santa gnome, as well as the ceremony of St. Lucia.
Afterwards, be sure to soak up the Swedish Christmas spirit with a tasting of holiday dishes and treats. If you're looking for a commemorative souvenir, your guide can provide an exclusive list of places for traditional, authentic keepsakes.
