Conveniently located at the kayak rental base, the waterfront sauna is pre-warmed and ready for you upon arrival. Enjoy the sauna exclusively with your friends and family, creating a personal and intimate atmosphere. Part of the authentic experience includes tending to the fire yourself, with wood provided on-site.
The sauna maintains an optimal temperature range between 60 to 80 degrees Celsius, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please note that there is no shower available, as the traditional practice of sea dips is embraced year-round. This unique combination of sauna and sea bath offers a holistic approach to relaxation and wellness.
Note: During the summer, the temperature of the Baltic Sea is no longer 'polar,' but it often remains refreshing.

Important Information
- Swimsuit: Please bring a swimsuit if you prefer not to go nude in the sauna (although going nude is the traditional Swedish way).
Facilities: Please note that there are no shower facilities on-site; the cold plunge is taken in the sea, in the Swedish way.

Seasonality: The sauna is open year-round. The cold plunge in the sea is available mainly during the colder months, when the experience is most intense.
- In winter, the water temperature is typically around 0–2°C (33–36°F), offering a polar plunge.
- In summer, the sea temperature is milder, around 18°C (64°F), perfect for a refreshing dip.
