A very pleasant restaurant. We were lucky to find ourselves there on a warm spring evening. We booked in advance and, since the weather in Stockholm is unpredictable, we originally requested a table inside. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we realized that for this time of year it is better to sit on the terrace, as it was quite stuffy inside, and overall there are very few seats, with tables packed closely together. We were kindly offered a table change and settled in the fresh air in the courtyard. To our pleasant surprise, a concert by a group of young guys was scheduled for that evening. It was very fun to watch. A nice addition to a good dinner. The restaurant's menu is not very extensive and overall everything is tasty. A solid 4. You won't leave hungry, you will enjoy it, but nothing super memorable. This is my personal opinion. Nevertheless, I sincerely recommend visiting this restaurant.

A small local place where the food speaks for itself. We walked in blindly on a Monday night and were lucky enough to get a table. A few who came in after us were turned away because they didn't have reservations.... The kitchen is right in the open, there's no secrets here. The tastes were amazing. The Portobellotoast was a flavor combination we've never experienced elsewhere, and was the perfect prelude to what must be described as the perfect plate of Swedish meatballs, with a gravy that was mouthwatering and silky smooth. Go. And then you'll want to go again.

On our journey to try some Swedish cuisine I came across Nomad. Unbeknownst to me, they have an outdoor patio which is where we ate. There was also a stage for a live band which we were treated to just after 8pm. We started with the pickled herrings. I enjoyed them. They were prepared three ways, mustard, dill and lingonBerry. "Mustard" tasted like potato salad from the states. Probably my fav. I've never had cured salmon as a main and it was quite good. As were the dill stewed potatoes. I had a bite of the meatballs and they were delicious. The sauce was rich. We sipped on Snaps which is a local drink. Fruity and fairly high in alcohol. The service was great too. Our waiter was friendly and attentive.

The dinner we had at Nomad was one of the best meals we ate in Stockholm. We started with the Swedish shrimp toast (toast skagen), which was excellent. For the mains, the wild stew was truly amazing, with deep flavors and a delicious combination of ingredients. The salmon was also great, though it was not as unique. The blueberry pie for dessert is recommended as well! Overall, this open-kitchen restaurant offered some of the most flavorful and delicious food; I would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent! Ordered the wild stew and my boyfrind got the meatballs. They were both perfect! The meatballs were the best we had while in Stockholm (and we tried them in 2 other restaurants), and the wild stew had such a unique flavour! We even came back for round 2 and ordered exactly the same. 100% recommend! For dinner you should definitely book.
