Best Western Plus Grow Hotel

I loved it. The breakfast was amazing. Beds were very comfortable, location is great. Thick curtains were a life saver cause I can't sleep in too bright room. Bring earplugs if you want complete silence. Walls are pretty thick but like in every flat, you can hear your neighbour from above if they jump like elephants.
I stayed here for several days a week during the fall of 2019. The Hotel is good in all means, but the main reason for my 5-star rating is the staff's attitude. One night at dinner, my suit got ripped by a broken hook under the table. I loved that suit, and it was quite new at the time. I went to the main desk and told them about it. I won't disclose details, but the attitude and treatment of the staff in that incident is one of the best that I've experienced in the hospitality industry. I've recommended this hotel numerous times, but realized I hadn't written a review until now.
A decent hotel and exceptionally friendly staff. Kevin, in particular, was outstanding; kind and extremely helpful both over the phone when I needed to modify my reservation and in person at the front desk. As for the location, it is very convenient for airport access: the bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away on arrival, and it is located directly in front of the hotel entrance when departing
This cozy little hotel in Solna made my stay super comfortable with its breakfast, gym, spotless rooms, and sauna. Kerry and Sitora were incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions. The breakfast selection was more than enough and really tasty. The hotel is just a few metro stops away from Stockholm’s main hub, T-Centralstation. It might take a bit of extra time, but it didn’t bother me at all. Plus, the affordable airport buses pass right in front of the hotel. If you’ve got some spare time, the district itself has plenty of places worth checking out as well! If I ever visit Stockholm again, I’ll definitely stay here. Thanks for everything!
