Pros : - Incredible location - Confortable beds - Clean rooms - The price - Access to a washing machine - Kitchen was well equipped - The ability to cast on the TV Cons : - The ground floor area and the elevator reeked - The elevator felt on the brink of getting stuck each use, and does not go to floors 3 and 4 - There is basically no staff present, with customer service reduced to an AI - The room is quite cramped, you will bump against the furniture frequently - The street is very noisy in the morning - There are no tables or seating, so the food prepared in the kitchen will have to be eaten in bed Conlusion : Fairly good rooms in the middle of the old town at a very good price. It feels like 3.5 stars but the branding left a bad taste in my mouth so I'll round down
Perfect location at the center of Old Town Stockholm; very clean, safe, and unique. We were very pleased with our stay, especially for the cost. It’s unfortunate to see bad reviews recently for a place as good as this one. I can’t speak for what other people experienced but from our perspective this place deserved better. Sure, it’s different than a regular hotel but there was still staff cleaning and able to help. Additionally, you get access to an actual gym down the block not just a small hotel gym so you get to feel a little like a local which was a nice touch. Overall, would recommend :)
Nice place, great location, easy walk in without reception. We were able to store our luggage before check in and walk in old town without it. We had small room without window, but the location is great and we needed room just for sleep and shower.
Such a great place to stay. The fact that you can store your luggage until late night and there’s a bathroom to use even after you check out, its amazing. The location in old town makes it so convenient. The high attention to detail makes it special as they noticed it was my birthday and left a cute note with a candy for me and my husband. The only downside is that the walls are very thin, you can hear even people talking from the other rooms. Other than that, excellent for a night.
Low budget and fully AI/remotely services. What is ok, just you should’ve prepared. Good things: the room was clean, towels were fresh and the kitchen had some amenities. However you should know that there is no kettle in the room, and coffee or tea you need to take from 2nd floor. My room was on the 4th floor and there was no the lift (only to the 2nd floor). Not bad but it’s really too expensive for that rooms. And breakfast ordered for 165SK I could have only in one chain where was no good selection (sandwiches that’s all). Easier will be just to choose whatever around in the same price. Still it was relatively affordable stay. And location is super perfect !
