While the room was comfortable and the location was excellent, what stood out most to me was the kindness and professionalism of the staff! At check-in, the receptionist noticed that I was travelling with a large suitcase and kindly moved me to a room that could be accessed by elevator rather than by stairs. I also asked if I could use a microwave, and the staff thoughtfully provided plates and cutlery as well. These small gestures made a big difference and were greatly appreciated. The breakfast team and housekeeping staff were always friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with a smile even early in the morning. Their positive attitude made my stay especially pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, including vegan and lactose-free choices. I had a very comfortable stay and would be happy to stay here again if I return to Stockholm. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality!
A great hotel in an excellent location! Hotel Riddargatan is perfectly situated for exploring Stockholm, with many attractions, restaurants, and public transport just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A great choice for a city break, i’d gladly stay here again.
I would give 5/5 stars for everything in this hotel. The have the best breakfast and location is the best that is close to everything. I loved the street right front of the hotel that has all the good restaurants.
Excellent hotel and perfect customerservice. We had a lovely tuo nights stay with my husband and son.
Overall, we liked the hotel. The breakfast was very varied, the rooms were truly large and spacious, and the location was satisfactory. I would deduct one point because the heating system in the room only worked up to 20.5°C, and it was not possible to increase the temperature. Only after we were provided with an additional heater were we able to raise the temperature slightly to around 21.5°C.
