Saw a sign for Taco Tuesday so naturally peaked interest. Even though they have a whole menu, we were told that they would only serve us tacos - to then bring out two massive plates of nachos for the people next to us. The reasoning was that there was chaos in the kitchen.. but after we ate our mediocre tacos, they gave two burritos to the two men behind us. Makes 0 sense. The 2 men working were fantastic, just the girl behind the bar having mixed messages was a let down. The guy with cowboy boots and sideburns has amazing style and is great to chat to!
Came back to here after a couple of years and was disappointed with the newish menu. It lacks the charm and vibe of the old Geronimos. Probably will be my last visit after many over almost a decade. End of a legend. Probably happened awhile ago but missed its decline since my visits to Stockholm didn’t line up with opening hours
I brought my friend to this place after seeing it on google maps, it was right up his alley when it came to atmosphere and aesthetics, quite dark and more «rough» than what i am used to😅😆 The noise level was quite high, we were down in the basement part, it was fairly full and music on top of it, so we had a hard time hearing each other. The food was very good! He had the tacos and was pleased, i got the burrito with chicken 🌯👌🏻I really enjoyed it, it had a good amount of chicken too! Decent price as well 179 for the burrito. It was apparently also quiz night that day, i do not know if that is every tuesday🤷🏼♀️
Nice atmosphere, especially in the basement. Decor is very tex-mex biker. Vegan options if that's your jam. Food was good but under seasoned. Happy to see they had Mexican street corn (elote) but it wasn't quite classic, missing the Tajin (used paprika instead). They have some nice tequila for margaritas or shots.
