The hotel's location is great, and the rooms are clean with daily service, but the beds are super soft. Breakfast is nothing special. There's a huge line for the elevators, so add 10 minutes to your travel time. The rooftop closes at 10 p.m., which is odd, so we didn't use it.
The location is fabulous and less than five minutes from the Arlanda express which I highly recommend to take from the airport. Public transportation is easily available and it’s conveniently located in the city center. The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful with an omelette and coffee bar. The customer service was exceptional! Their warmth, thoughtfulness, and kindness made me feel like I was in the Midwest or Deep South of the USA. After a few long days, we ordered room service which was prompt, generously portioned, and tasty. Whenever I’m in Stockholm again, I’d definitely stay here!
Stayed here three nights during the mid summer break. Check in was easy. Requested a walk in shower but our room had a shower over bath so we had to change rooms. You pay extra for a park view. The AC was noisy and barely adequate. The room was quite stuffy. Our friends in another room had to request to be changed as their AC didn’t work at all!!! Comfy beds and good shower pressure. The room servicing is hit and miss. Our room didn’t get serviced on the Saturday night and we requested fresh towels. I can make beds!!! No biggie but disappointing. Breakfast on all days is good although true to form buffet food seldom warm enough. The omelette station is great though. Very quick and flavourful! We dined in the restaurant on the first night. Very good but I will leave that for another time. However big shout out to Antonio for brilliant service!

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve experienced, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient, especially for travelers arriving by train or exploring Stockholm. The spa and rooftop pool are fantastic additions, providing a relaxing experience with beautiful views of the city. Overall, Clarion Hotel Sign offers a perfect combination of comfort, service, and amenities. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Stockholm.
First impression. Great location especially if arriving at central station. Easy walk to the hotel. Upon entering, we noticed how professional, friendly, and welcoming the staff were. The rooms are nice and clean. Elevators are quick and spacious. The morning breakfast is spectacular and fresh. Lots of options, variety, multiple areas to get your food. Omelet station was a nice touch. Definitely worth adding this option. The hotel is so nice you could argue staying in and just enjoying the amenities. Great experience!
