Excellent class hotel. The service was fabulous and housekeeping was always on time, with high standards and excellent housekeeping. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and according to the pictures. They treated my daughter very well with care, and the breakfast was excellent for Scandinavia. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Stockholm, as the location was right next to central Stockholm with easy access to anywhere you wish to go.
Very good, reasonably priced hotel in a good location. Metro, buses, shops and restaurants all nearby. Room, basic but very clean and more than adequate for my needs. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet style breakfast is one of the best I've experienced. Huge choice of quality fare.
Location is fantastic, staff are all super friendly & speak great English, breakfast was great with a huge spread of warm, cold and cereal options with coffees by request too! Amazing sauna, however the rooms could be slightly larger the beds were very comfortable & overall I would definitely stay here again!! The park opposite (Humlegården) was a lovely addition being able to walk around it in the morning 💯
The rooms are small but perfect for business travel. The breakfast staff remembers the way i take my coffee (flat white) after the first morning and glutenfree oat porridge was made upon request. As a cherry on top, they have a pillow menu: i can stop bringing my ergonomic pillow with me on work trips!!
I had a wonderful stay at the Elite Plaza Hotel in Stockholm! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They really made me feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located, right next to a metro station, which makes it super convenient to get around the city. But the biggest highlight is definitely the breakfast : it’s huge, delicious, and truly has something for everyone. I’ve honestly never seen such a wide variety of options in any hotel before! I absolutely recommend this hotel 100%, a great experience from start to finish 🤗🤩
