Just dropped by Americain at Haymarket and let me tell you, this spot is next-level chic! The indoor vibes are full-on luxe with old-school glam - we're talking velvet seats, sparkling details, and a totally Insta-worthy setup for all your story flexes. i The whole place screams "main character energy" for your night out. If cocktails are your jam, Americain's menu is guaranteed to steal your heart. Every drink l've tried here is *chef's kiss* - def order the espresso martini, trust me on this ®*. The staff and manager have those legend-level hosting skills too; we threw an event here once and everything went super smooth. Big up for their chill and friendly energy! One small oof: we did have a moment with the manager when someone in our crew was holding an empty ice cream cup, and he asked if we brought food in from outside (spoiler: nope). Good background music, 40s big band jazz, that suits the interior, and isn't too loud. Drinks ok, but not spectacular considering the price. Slow, unfriendly and uninformative lady who wouldn't speak Swedish at the bar.
Hermosa is probably the best cocktail ever, if you don't count the classics. Good service and very nice atmosphere. Lively place on a weekend.
