We already had a positive impression before arriving, thanks to the smooth and friendly communication when booking. On arrival, the staff were super welcoming and we got the perfect table with a view of both the kitchen and the rest of the restaurant. Our waitress gave an excellent introduction to the menu and concept, offering great recommendations for both food and drinks. The food was an easy 10/10, and deserved plenty little happy food dances! All in all, a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back.
Hands down just had the best meal ever in Stockholm. What an incredible feast enjoining one spectacular course after another. We got to try 8 different courses sharing all of them. Each course is presented just as beautiful as it tasted. The flavors were very intense and balanced at the same time. We even adventured into tasting things we normally does not prefer but the kitchen at Amalia managed to succeed with every dish. We had wine by the glass and thoroughly enjoyed the Chardonnay and the orange wine. I highly recommend this place. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere relaxed.
