Hotel At Six

Hotel that aims to be a luxury hotel, but... There is a lot to like about this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the reception staff are friendly, and the quality of the breakfast products is excellent. However, some aspects fall well below the standard expected of a luxury hotel. The breakfast logistics are quite bewildering. There are long queues for the hot food because there is only a single serving line. In addition, the station with yogurts, fruit and other breakfast items is located on the opposite side of the breakfast area and is easy to miss unless you happen to wander over there. Overall, the breakfast setup is far from a luxury hotel experience. Another disappointment is that breakfast is advertised as being served until 10:00 a.m. In reality, guests should arrive by 9:30 a.m., as food items start disappearing shortly after 10:00 and the selection quickly becomes limited. The final frustration was being incorrectly charged for minibar items. When checking out, I specifically informed the reception staff about the minibar consumption and was assured that my voucher would cover those charges and that the matter was settled. Despite this, I was later charged anyway, which left a disappointing final impression of an otherwise pleasant stay.
300 Euro a night and they don't provide complimentary filtered or bottled water in your room. You are asked to fill an empty bottle from tap next to your toilet. This isn't service. This isn't environmental. Filtered water, reusable glass bottled water-those options are environmental. This is just cost reduction. This is just cheap. For the management, if you're claiming to be a five-star hotel then provide a five-star service.
Fantastic stay at Hotel at Six The location is unbeatable—right next to the Gallerian mall and a short walk from T-Centralen and Gamla Stan. The absolute highlights of our stay were the breakfast and the wellness facilities. The breakfast buffet in The Dining Room serves superior-quality food, including amazing croissants, fresh juices, smoothies, and a live egg station. Also, do NOT miss the 24-hour gym on Floor 1. It is honestly the best hotel gym I have ever seen—spacious, highly organized, and fully equipped with modern cardio machines, free weights, and an excellent functional fitness/CrossFit zone. There is even a complimentary guest sauna to unwind in afterward. Hotel At Six: a highly recommended modern luxury property in Stockholm!
After an unforeseen issue at Clarion Amaranten, I was rebooked to At Six, and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Stockholm, with shops, restaurants, and major attractions all within easy walking distance. The room was modern, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. Most importantly, the staff at check-in were warm, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A great hotel experience overall, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Stockholm.
