We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel's location was excellent and close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Since we had to leave very early in the morning, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast itself was fantastic, and this level of hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!
This hotel has one of the best locations of any hotel I have ever stayed at. It is maybe 100 steps from the airport train and extremely close to all the tourists type of things one would enjoy seeing while in Stockholm. A few things to note. The floor above the lobby has a water bottle filling station. I highly recommend taking the breakfast option. The food was good and there was lots of seating. It's hard to find a place for breakfast if you are the type of traveller who likes to get out early, so choose the hotel breakfast. The room was very nice. We had an extra bed in the room for a child.
This hotel was great for our stay. We really like the location and proximity to everything. The breakfast was included and really good with loads of options and our reservation included a discount code for the Arlanda Express train. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was a good size. The double sized bed was a bit on the small side for two people.
When we arrived we were pleasantly suprised that the hotel was based right outside of the arlanda express station. This did not affect sleeping as you could not hear the trains. We were originally in a small room with no window and asked reception how much it would be to upgrade our room. A lovely staff member named Emmie kindly upgraded us to their "standard room" at no extra cost. This room was lovely and would like to thank Emmie for our warm welcome. Overall it was a great stay, amazing location as it was in walking distance to literally everything in the city and the staff were so lovely. Definitely would recommend and would stay again if visit Stockholm again
This was the perfect location for the weekend getaway I was looking for. I would highly recommend staying in this location. It was very centrally located for the itinerary had planned for my short trip. The ability to bring my dog with me and have a safe environment for her was the cherry on top. I live in Denmark and was able to travel with my dog via train. When booking the hotel I chose the selection of pet in room, and upon arrival my room was accommodated with a pet bed, water bowl and door sign labeled "pet inside." This made for an easy travel, as my dog does not like to be surprised by unfamiliar people and let the staff know she was inside, for an additional 250SE, I would book this hotel again just based on that fact alone. I did not utilize the reception staff at the start of my check in process, I was able to use the self check in option, which I really enjoyed after hours of travel where my social battery was very low. Highly recommend. I did approach the reception staff a few times to ask a few questions, collect an ice bucket and provide them in person overall feedback and they were wonderful! Always greeted with a smile and eager to help. The bar staff was also wonderful. They provided great conversation and made the experience of traveling alone (minus the dog) enjoyable. Each person I met was also greeting you with a smile and eager to please attitude!
