Excellent hotel. Staff were professional and knowledgeable. In particular loved the breakfasts and the sauna!
The staff was very kind from the very beginning. Mustafa helped us understand how parking in the nearby area works. They were available for every request. We really appreciated the area dedicated to the Swedish fika, and the breakfast was excellent. One evening we had dinner in the hotel bar and it was satisfying.
As an American who was visiting for work, this is in a great location in a very easily traversed city. It never failed to surprise how little traffic there is in Stockholm. The breakfast was simple, clean, and varied without the clutter or crowds I’m used to at bigger hotel chains. The room was nothing I’m used to, with creaky wooden floors, an old bathroom door with natural knots and holes in it, an uncomfortable twin size spring mattress that squeaked with every movement, a modern shower level with the floor that had water seep under the door and threaten to spill into the room, and maybe the biggest thing, no air conditioning. We are spoiled with it in the US, so I had to go out and get a fan to sleep. It was a unique experience, though I may search for more Americanized options next time.
I honestly really enjoyed my stay here. The room designs were definitely something but they positively surprised me. Staff was friendly and very helpfull. Breakfast was nice, buffet type thing, nothing fenomenal but gets the job done while still being enjoyable. Location was also great, not in the city centre so you dont have all the traffic noise but also close enough so that walk to the centre isn't a problem at all. Convenience shops and restaurants all close by. Honestly esspecially considering the very affordable pricing this place was really a score :)
the breakfast is not really good. the room has cheap furniture. In my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel. In Vienna and other cities in Europe you get better hotels. The staff was great though.
