Fantastic dinner, value for money is more than given here in my opinion. You get just the right amount of introduction to the dish if you want more just ask and they are more than happy to answer. I had the wine pairing with was on point as well. I really loved my evening here.
A symphony may be an overused metaphor for a dining experience but tonights meny, wine pairing, ambiance and staff's professionalism and friendliness tick all boxes with the right notes. A journey of deliciously composed tastes all the way way from up North with Kalix roe, Västerbotten cheese, marinated char to lamb fillet via white aspargus accompanied by thinly sliced, scallops done to a turn, to a crispy finish with fresh rubarbes and home made vanilla ice cream - and it all with a wine pairing that merits its own story. To discover this gem in our own neighborhood after 20 years, what a gift, we'll be back! Thank you!
