When I came home four years ago after 18 years in Southeast Asia, one of the absolute best things I've done was to start training at Activage! Activage Östermalm is not only conveniently located for me, but it's always a pleasure to be there! The nice, happy atmosphere and the well-adapted, well-thought-out training circles for us seniors are not only good for the body but also for the soul. The instructors are always so talented, considerate, helpful, patient and nice! I wouldn't miss it for the world!
