Our staying at this hotel was for three nights from 16/7/2027 till 19/7/2027. Despite the hotel's excellent location, our stay was unfortunately very underwhelming. The biggest issue started at check-in. We had booked a specific room category with clearly listed amenities, but we were initially offered a much lower-category room that did not match our reservation. Even before we had the chance to see the room, we noticed that the amount we were asked to pay was higher than the price confirmed in our Booking reservation. After insisting on being given the room category we had actually booked, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, it was very dirty, had no air conditioning, and there was no Wi-Fi (things that where enlisted in the basic amenities we had booked, through Booking com) The breakfast, while of good quality, was extremely limited in terms of variety. The hotel's strongest advantage is undoubtedly its location. Being right next to the metro station made getting around the city incredibly easy, and it is situated in a very convenient central area. However, that central location also came with a major downside. The area was exceptionally noisy, especially late into the night. Groups of young people regularly gathered outside playing loud music and repeatedly revving their motorcycles and cars, making it very difficult to rest or sleep. Overall, although the location is excellent, the poor room condition, missing amenities, cleanliness issues, and disappointing service meant that the hotel fell far short of our expectations. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
Great value for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the breakfast and it offered a good variety and everything was fresh. The staff were very kind, helpful, and always happy to assist us. We had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.
Our experience at this hotel is complicated. Firt, you need to know that most of the rooms are in the 1st and 2nd basement. Our room was very small, no window, obviously, but very clean and it had air climate. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel! If you have no claustrofobic issues, it should be fine
We had one of the windowless rooms down in the basement and it takes some getting use to but the rooms are nice and tidy, overall on a city trip you dont spend much time in your room anyway, you just go there to sleep and shower. Location wise the hotel is awesome, its close to the metro station but also walkable from the old city. The breakfast is ok, could have wished for more choice but for the prize it seems ok. Coffee is awful tho.
I stayed at Best Western at 108 in December 2025 and overall had a good experience. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is very close to the metro, making it easy and convenient to get around Stockholm and reach the city’s main attractions. A thing to keep in mind is that some rooms do not have windows. However, the ventilation in my room worked well, so it never felt stuffy or uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent, although the selection was somewhat limited compared to other hotels. I would recommend going when breakfast service starts, as some items may run low later in the morning and are not always replenished quickly. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a great location and convenient transportation options. A solid choice for travelers looking for good value in Stockholm.
