The hotel is in the city center, so it’s very convenient. The service is super nice, the room is comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast has lots of choices. You can come early to leave your bags at the hotel, and there’s tea and coffee.
Quite unimpressed with this hotel. No A/C, no refrigerator, and the hotel doesn't have any ice available. Even a 1-star motel on the side of the highway in most places will have an ice machine; there's no way this is a 3-star hotel, not even close. 2 star would be pushing it. Breakfast is pretty good though and you can't beat the location.
I had a very pleasant stay at Queen’s Hotel in Stockholm and would gladly recommend it, especially for travelers who value location and a relaxed atmosphere over luxury. The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, within walking distance of most major attractions, with a metro station and all essential amenities close by. It’s set in a charming older building that is well maintained, which adds a certain character and authenticity to the experience. The rooms are quite basic and you shouldn’t expect luxury touches — there’s no minibar, kettle, or extras like slippers — but they are clean, comfortable, and well kept. Given the excellent location, this felt like a reasonable trade-off. One of the highlights for me was the lobby area. It has a very cozy and inviting atmosphere, with soft jazz music playing in the background, making it a great place to relax or read a book. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are available throughout the day, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was also very good, especially considering the hotel’s three-star rating — a solid and satisfying start to the day. I would also like to highlight the professionalism and guest-oriented approach of the management team. They were responsive, attentive, and clearly committed to maintaining a high standard of service, which left a very positive impression. Overall, this hotel offers great value for its location and atmosphere. If you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Stockholm without unnecessary frills, Queen’s Hotel is a very good choice.
It's a old hotel. Room is ok but the door of my room was a bit malfunctioning so in the beginning I was not able to get out of my room for 20 mins. My room is facing the street, a lot of noise in the evening and morning. When big car pass by the whole floor shake. The shower is a bit hard to keep the temperature. In the morning the cleaning is very loud outside. Breakfast is basic. Overall I did not rest well here.
This was quite a nice hotel, better than I expected! Our room was fairly large and confortable. Breakfast was especially good... I found the pancakes way tastier than those found in 4 star hotels. We experienced some very minor noise early in the evening (probably from the pub bellow) but again, very minor and did not last late (and I'm very sensitive to noise). The neighborhood is not the charm of the old city but convinient to find some simple and good restaurants. So overall a nice experience.
