Lovely atmosphere from dawn and forward. Excellent waitresses! We ordered secreto pig, oxkind and kalventrecote + dirty fries and löjromschips and rawbeef and fired salmon. 3 softdrinks, 2 glads of wine and 6 beers of a total of 3300 including tip. Good place and feel good after leaving
Had the tartare and the filet with langoustine sauce. They were both ok. Inventive cocktail menu though.
I booked both dinner and the cocktail okamase. Service: very attentive and friendly both in the dining room and the bar. Since the place was not fully booked, the waitress took time for explanations and some small talk, which felt very natural. The service at the bar was great; as part of the okamase we discussed the drinks, ingredients and flavors in depth and had a lot of fun. Food: I had a charred salmon with peanuts, spring onion and salted lemon as a starter, which was a really nice combination. Main course was portered ox cheek with labskaus, different mushroms and onion confit. Tasted great, it could have been a bit more confit though ( I could have asked perhaps;) ) Drinks: All of the cocktails were extremely well prepared and had interesting combinations of flavors. Everything was well explained during the tasting. The bartender was very open to questions. Ambiente: The restaurant and bar have a nice ambiente. Table and seat were OK. It was a bit too dark for my aging eyes though, and it is definitely too loud. I could not even understand the waitress next to me without aasking to speak louder. The place should think about some sound engineering.
