The Feels studio feels joyful, welcoming and playful. Love the options from Embodied yin to energetic Shake the Dust. Will be coming back whenever visiting Stockholm 😍 And hopefully one day also some teachers’ training ✨

Really happy to have found this space, the classes are great, the people are thoughtful and, for someone not so proficient in Swedish, the classes are in English!!! Have been here through the soft launch, tried a bunch of their classes and several teachers, and all have been great.
I did a training with the founder Satu and I can just say having a studio like this is in Stockholm is magic✨Learning from Satu is a gift - the way she teaches, the things she stands for - it will open up a whole new world for you - what it means to BE this body. To be in this world, in this body. So if you can: GO and practice there ♥️
