The place was nice, the sauna was a bit small AND ONLY ONE WAS WORKING. I booked a birthday package that cost $380 for 2 hours which was supposed to include bday decor, fruit platter, wine and a cake but the decor where set up with 4 heart shaped balloons (no bday signs nor bday balloons) the balloons a you can tell were old and deflated and we got a fruit platter, WE DID NOT RECEIVE A BIRTHDAY CAKE (which was the main reason we booked) and paid extra, OR NO REFUND FOR THE CAKE WE NEVER RECEIVE. When we reached out to the number given to us the lady claimed they dropped the cake and were working on getting another then 40 mins later told us we were not getting a cake. she mercilessly also left to the airport to go on a trip when we again asked her for cake situation. when asked for cake refund they stopped responding… EVERYONE SHOULD BOYCOTT THIS PLACE AND THEIR SILLY SCAMS. They don’t value costumer and don’t hold their side of the deal but will have no problem taking your money.
