We had a wonderful dinner at Lisa Elmqvist in Östermalms Saluhall. Our table tried several dishes, including the salmon, lobster and entrecôte, and everything was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The ingredients were clearly fresh, the portions were generous, and the presentation was excellent. Special compliments to the chefs for delivering such a consistently enjoyable meal. Our waitress, Nova, was friendly, attentive and contributed greatly to the experience. The only small observation is that the hovmästare seemed a little tense and could perhaps have been more welcoming and cheerful. However, this did not take away from an otherwise excellent evening. A memorable dinner in a wonderful Stockholm setting. Highly recommended!
The food was absolutely delicious! The staff took my celiac disease seriously and gave me confidence that they understood how to prepare my meal safely. They didn’t make unrealistic guarantees, but they clearly cared and explained that they would take the necessary precautions. I had salmon with potatoes and mushrooms, which was excellent. They also offer gluten-free bread as a substitute for regular bread, and most dishes—including many appetizers—can be prepared gluten-free. It’s still a bit too early for me to comment on symptoms, so I may update this review later. For now, I can say the food was excellent, I felt safe dining here, and I would happily recommend this restaurant to others looking for gluten-free options.
This was a very nice place to stop and have a wonderful lunch. A waitress for Veronica was very prompt and attentive and very pleasant. I had a wonderful skragen toast, and fried pike with mushroom sauce. This has been my best meal on this whole vacation. My wife had some very good seafood risotto. I really recommend this to everybody that’s in that area.
This is probably the best seafood resturant in Stockholm.Fish was fresh and simply delicious.We took lemon sole,smocked salmon and pike-perch(zander). Simply amazing! Staff is fast, clean, professional and friendly. The restaurant is a part of a market place.Very spacious. Absolutely must see when visiting Stockholm. Prices are reasonable.Good value for money.
Located inside the beautiful Saluhall, this place is an absolute gem. Everything we devoured was a delight, and every bite was delicious. We loved every minute of the experience: The risotto was one of the best ones I ever had !
