Reviews
Ångbåtsbryggan offers an absolutely amazing atmosphere. Located inside a ship by the waterfront, the whole experience feels like dining in the middle of the sea while fully immersed in the beautiful views of Stockholm. The seafood quality is outstanding — the oysters were incredibly fresh, and the lobster was simply perfect. The staff were also extremely kind and welcoming. If you visit on a Monday, the lobster special is definitely something you shouldn’t miss. This was one of the best dining experiences we had in Stockholm, and if I come back one day, this will absolutely be one of the first restaurants I visit again.
We chose the tartare, the fish, and the burger — and we really enjoyed everything. The flavors were delicate and well balanced, and all the dishes left a very good impression. We especially liked the tartare, though we would have loved some croutons on the side, as we felt they would complement the dish really nicely.
Food was good enough that I forgot to take a photo. Lovely friendly staff at a buzzy establishment. Dog friendly outside, and one of the few “true” waterside restaurants around central.
Probably my favourite place in Stockholm to enjoy a drink in the sun. Great views of Gröna Lund and Nordica Museet.
