Reviews
After taking a long walk exploring Östermalm, I wondered to this restaurant across from my hotel. The ambiance was higher class and a bit more sophisticated. The food here is excellent. I ordered the croquettes along with the pork belly. While the pork belly was a bit more bacon than what we expect in the US (a more fattier cut) it was still very delicious with its onion sauce and potatoes. As with the rest of Sweden, it is a bit more on the expensive side, but I still highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area.
The food was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I especially loved their bread, particularly the Kavling one. The atmosphere was also fantastic.
Honestly, I was very dissapointed with this place. Food was not at the same level as the prices. Meatballs were good, but nothing special. But everything would be ok if waiters were a little bit more polite. We felt like we are not welcomed there.
