Best Hotel we stayed ever! The decoration for someone who loves music is sublime, the rooms are spot cleaned, and the location is top (literally a metro stop and bus next to it). Everyone in the reception was really nice, but especially Enso, who welcomed us when we arrived and made the experience so lovely! Close to the hotel there are from supermarkets, convenience stores and cafes. And you can use their common areas to hang out, don’t miss their garden on the 1st floor! We will definitely come back.
A stylish and comfortable hotel in a great central location, making it easy to explore Stockholm on foot. The rooms were modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the city's attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. Public transport connections were excellent, making day trips around the city effortless. A great choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for convenience and comfort. I would definitely stay here again. Location : less than 100 feet from Fridhemsplan metro stop Check in : Quick & efficient Room : Good size. Entertainment: Smart TV with Netflix Check Out : Quick & efficient. Used the Baggage storage facility on the last day. Would recommend the following minor changes to the hotel management to improve the room even further. A latch in the toilet. A few hooks in the toilet. Install more apps on the Smart TV like youtube, Amazon Prime etc. A kettle in the Galley as the hot water tap is not good enough to brew tea.
We booked a Ruby Choice room, so we didn't realise that the room could be of different types. The booking site showed a room with a window, so we went ahead and booked it. Had we known there was a possibility of getting a windowless room, we probably wouldn't have booked it, as I have quite severe claustrophobia. When we arrived, there was quite a long wait before we were given our room, and unfortunately, the room we received was in the basement and had no window. The room itself was actually very nicely decorated, modern, sleek and well designed but for me personally, being in a windowless basement room was too overwhelming. I went back to reception to explain the situation, and this is where Hanah deserves a huge shoutout. She was incredibly sweet, patient and understanding. She listened to me properly and genuinely tried to help. As we had to wait while she sorted everything out for us, she also kindly gave us complimentary drink vouchers, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She eventually managed to arrange another room for us, and the difference was huge. The new room had a large window, was spacious, extremely clean and really lovely. I was so grateful for her understanding and effort. The hotel also has some nice touches. There are coffee and tea facilities on every floor, along with ironing boards and irons, vending machines, cups, cutlery and other useful things. It was convenient and thoughtfully arranged. We also had breakfast, which was good overall. As a vegetarian, though, I would suggest keeping the vegetarian and non-vegetarian items a little more clearly separated, as this would make things easier for vegetarian guests. Overall, we had a good stay, and the hotel itself is modern, clean and comfortable. A big thank you to Hanah for going above and beyond and making our stay a much better experience. She is a real asset to the hotel! ❤️
Ruby Frida hotel is a fairly new hotel and the entrance is rather difficult to spot as there is no signage out front. Reception is in through the foyer into the bar area. The rooms are a decent size and as they knew everything is clean, modern and the bed is reasonably comfortable, however the duvet is actually two separate do those placed horizontally across the bed which is rather strange. There is also a stool at the end of the bed. And a safe in the cupboard. There is a large LCD TV with only four channels on it none of them in English. The Wi-Fi is fairly inconsistent and keeps dropping out. You can play Netflix but you cannot use the smart features to watch YouTube or anything else. They do not supply, Tea & coffee or an electric jug A bar fridge Face washers Dental kits Slippers There is a safe and the air conditioning is very poor and substandard and it is just a device on the wall where you can alter the temperature up or down by 3° and that's it. So when it is hot outside you cannot call the room down sufficiently and it's hot and uncomfortable trying to sleep at night. I can only imagine when it's cold you wouldn't be able to keep warm because there's insufficient range in the temperature. The shower is open to the sleeping area but you can pull a curtain around it for privacy. The water pressure is really good.
Brand new hotel with creative concept. Beautiful space and design. Easy access to public transportation. I want to also appreciate Sarah at the front desk who took care of my early check-in perfectly. She’s so professional, helpful, and kind. For me, the staff and the good vibes are what make or break the hotel. So I definitely will come back to this hotel the next time I’m in Stockholm! Thank you!!!
