Definitely 5 star experience dining in this restaurant. With the view, delicious food and warm hospitality, highly recommend to anyone nearby.
We ate here completely spontaneously and even got a table the same day. The restaurant is beautiful – and what many probably don't know: the vaulted cellar is also absolutely impressive, even if you don't see it at first glance. We opted for the "Chef's Choice" and were surprised with many fantastic, varied recommendations. Together with a bottle of wine, the whole experience was simply perfect. My personal highlight was the tarte flambée and the cauliflower – both incredibly delicious! 🤤

Honestly, we didn't expect to have such an experience in Stockholm. Hotel Frantz Restaurant absolutely deserves its Michelin recommendation. The place is small but has an incredibly pleasant, warm, and characterful atmosphere. It has a truly "boutique but impressive" ambiance. The attention to detail is evident from the moment you walk through the door. The food is truly flawless. Every dish is both visually stunning and incredibly delicious. We haven't experienced such a balanced and carefully prepared menu in a long time. But the biggest difference of the evening was definitely Robin, who served us. He was incredibly attentive, very professional, and genuinely loved his job. He single-handedly elevated the quality of service to a whole new level. Employees like him make a place unforgettable. In short, when the ambiance, food, and service come together, the result is a truly "perfect" experience. It's a place everyone visiting Stockholm should definitely try.
Amazing, delicious small plates that I had to pace myself so I don’t absolutely inhale them. Tarte flambé with skagenröra, löjrom and dill—classic Swedish taste, freshness of the dill brings a herbaceous note to balance the mayo. Lobster was fresh and beautifully seasoned. The Korean take on the beef tartare with gochugaru had enough acid to cut through without overpowering the beef. Cosy little space hidden from the busy streets of Slussen, tastefully decorated. It felt like I was in someone’s home. Saving Frantz as one of my new favourite restaurants in Stockholm!
