The food is elegantly presented and tastes decent but nothing exceptional. I do recommend though trying their braised ox cheeks --- never have I experienced a meat dish that perfectly holds its shape despite being melt-in-your-mouth tender. Another dish to consider is their angus steak served on a Himalayan salt block. The salt block imparts a subtle, elevated salty flavor to the meat as it sits. Make sure to take just one piece at a time to your plate to give the other pieces more time to rest onto the salt block. The restaurant is located inside Nobis Hotel in central Stockholm. It is at the basement level which gives it a warm, cozy feeling. The noise level can get a bit loud, however. Be aware that the Michelin 2025 insignia by the entrance refers to the hotel itself, not to the restaurant.
NOI is in Nobis hotel. We got couple tasty cuisines and like that spicy shrimp. Service is good too. Worth to try when you stay here.
