Traditional Swedish-style service, breakfast, dinner and spa. Receptionists are very professional and friendly. Rooms are not insulated, but hotel guests tend to be civilised - hence noise is quite limited. Great place to get tranquillity, away from the city. If part of a Package, spa is included for 2 hours only. While this is a bit limiting, it allows a more exclusive (less people :)) spa experience. There was no coffee/tea in rooms, but it could be picked up in the restaurant. Overall, great place and looking forward to return Högberga Gård ✨
I recently went for afternoon tea, choosing the China Room to sit was definitely the best decision we made - it’s the coziest space with an open fire. Unfortunately, the food itself was quite average and I didn’t feel it was worth the price. This is especially true if you end up seated in one of the other rooms, which felt rather “cold” in terms of atmosphere. They just didn’t have that homey, warm, cozy feel you’d hope for. The place has potential, but it seems like no one is really taking care of the experience. The afternoon tea is served buffet-style, which felt off, it reminded me more of a hotel breakfast where you’re constantly walking back and forth with plates and drinks. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it for afternoon tea for 420kr/person. 5 stars for our own pick of sitting in the room with an open fire 2 stars for food 3 stars for a buffet concept where you can pick what you like
Excellent location for a corporate offsite. Close to the city but feels like it is far away. Watch the Finland ferries pass by outside and deer on the grounds if you are lucky. Friendly and helpful staff. They make their own wine ( Tuscan) that you can buy in small bottles at the location or larger at some select Systemets. Nice rooms. Funktional conference centre. Only slight negative is that public transport connections are poor so use Uber.
