One of the best stays I’ve had in a while. A warm welcoming staff. Beautifully decorated. Wonderful soft linens and cloud like pillows. A very comfortable sleep. High end fixtures in the bathrooms. Loved the neighborhood tons of wonderful cafes.
I stayed here visiting from the states and I didn’t have a single complaint about this hotel. Sometimes you travel and there’s a few bumps in the road, but this is a rare gem. Their service, restaurants, beds, rooms were all exceptional/ well above average. The location is also a very big highlight. I would definitely recommend staying here!
I wish I was still there. The whole experience staying here was impeccable. There are so many details. The building, the design, the lightning, the wooden floors, the carpets, the beds(!), the food...the neighborhood, the vibe! and most importantly the wonderful people working there (Lydia, Helena....) your attention was so special. I felt really really happy there and cannot wait to come back. Thank you 💚
This was my third time visiting Stockholm, but my first time staying at the Stockholm Stadshotell..and it was easily my best experience in the city to date. The hotel felt like a true home away from home, largely thanks to the incredibly welcoming staff who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The amenities were top-notch; the sauna was absolutely amazing, and both the breakfast and dinner options were delicious. The location is also fantastic and very convenient. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
Wonderful facilities and fantastic location. Staff was always friendly and knowledgeable, made our first experience in Stockholm delightful. Booked with AMEX Fine Hotels and no issues with benefits. As a bonus, the sauna/plunge was such a memorable experience and added bonus. Would highly recommend!
