The only good things about this restaurant were the service and the view. We ordered a steak dish and a chicken dish, but neither met our expectations. The chicken was both heavy and dry, while the steak was served cold. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
Lovely evening starting in La Bar with a cocktail and beautiful view of the city. The dining room was warm and inviting. Special attention was paid to the birthday we were celebrating. The food was delicious and we had a chance to try many different items. The sommelier suggested excellent wines that paired well with our various courses. Highly recommend for a special romantic evening
Great place with view over Stockholm. The big bright Sweco sign disturbed a little though. Beautiful interior with partition, giving a more private dining experience. Service from the moment entering the building until the end (pralines to take home, made by Cecilia Nordström!). Or actually, I felt taken care of even before arriving with their mail and message. Attentive staff, making sure that glasses are never less than half-empty. Professional service. Food made with exclusive ingredients, with price tag coming along. The food was well made, but the level of cooking was not super impressive considering the price. There are many places in Stockholm serving this level of cooking (but with less exclusive ingredients of course) for much lesser price. I felt that what I paid for here was the atmosphere, service, view and exclusive ingredients (great place for proposal..?)
