Description

Discover Sweden through baking, stories and fika in a local home in Vasastan, central Stockholm. During this two hour experience, you will make three classic Swedish pastries with guidance throughout. There is plenty of room to decorate and personalise what you make, whether you prefer to keep things traditional or try something of your own. Between the baking, we explore Swedish traditions, everyday life and the stories behind fika and the pastries you are making. Questions, games and challenges bring in more of Swedish culture and add some competition along the way. Once everything is ready, we sit down for fika with coffee or tea and enjoy what we have made together. Your remaining pastries are packed to take home, along with the recipes. No previous baking experience is needed. The experience is fully guided, with time to learn, experiment and make each pastry your own. Groups are kept small for a more personal experience.
