Description
The day starts with a minibus transfer from Södermalm to Lida, known for its reliable winter snow. The local track is 2.3 km long, wide, and maintained with stored snow to ensure skiing conditions. If fresh snow falls, skiing extends deeper into the forest for a more natural experience.
An instructor guides you through the basics of cross country skiing, helping you gain confidence and develop technique at your own pace. The activity is active but easy and suitable for people with normal fitness levels.
At the halfway point, the group gathers around a fire for a warm outdoor lunch. After lunch, you can choose to continue practicing skiing or relax in the on-site sauna (optional, extra cost applies).
