  • Discover lesser-known streets away from tourist areas
  • Receive tips on composition, timing, and approaching scenes
  • Follow a route customized to your photography interests
  • Avoid common viewpoints and popular Instagram locations

Description

This 2.5-hour walk covers some of Stockholm’s most photogenic neighborhoods, typically moving from Riddarholmen to Maria Torget, across Slussen, along Södermalm’s waterfront, through Gamla Stan, and finishing at Gamla Stan subway station. The route offers a variety of photographic opportunities, from tight street angles to reflections on water and urban textures.

The walk is customized based on your preferred photography style, whether street portraits, urban landscapes, candid moments, architecture, or night photography. Stops and pacing adapt to your interests rather than following a fixed itinerary.

You will be guided to unique locations that require local knowledge about light, timing, and atmosphere—places that many visitors do not find. Feedback on composition and technique is available throughout the walk, supported by the guide’s 15 years of experience photographing Stockholm.

This walk does not cover basic camera operation, common tourist spots, Instagram-famous sites, or a checklist of landmarks.
