I think the pregnancy yoga course was good for my delivery. It has been nice to meet other pregnant women and share their situation with others at the same time in their lives. Yoga has provided a calm but also physical workout for the body. The evening I went into labor, I did many yoga exercises and it helped me with the contractions at home so when we came into labor, I was open enough so we were admitted. I also have contact with someone who had her baby the same week as me and we will see each other with our babies in the future. I can recommend pregnancy yoga to all pregnant women because it provides security, strength and social exchange with others in the same situation.
I can highly recommend pregnancy yoga at Egen tid. Very good and knowledgeable teachers and nice premises. Calm yoga exercises and meditations. So nice and cozy to do this during pregnancy and get into shape. I feel like I'm getting a lot of good exercises, tools and tips. The best preparation for childbirth. Thank you so much!
Really cosy yoga spot for pregnancy yoga! I went to the Hammarby Sjöstad location - Blanca is super friendly :)
The yoga for pregnant women classes and the location were fantastic!
As a non-Swedish speaker, I felt almost invisible. At times, I couldn’t understand important instructions, even after mentioning twice that I didn’t understand Swedish. On top of that, the equipment (yoga mats and blankets) smelled terrible; the whole studio had an odor of old socks. The ventilation was poor, and the planning and communication regarding changes were equally lacking. Sometimes needed to stay at the door for 10 minutes due to broken door bell. The only positive aspect for me was training alongside other pregnant women, though the intensity was very low and felt more like relaxation than actual training. I don’t recommend it especially considering the pricing.
