⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I booked the three-hour spa experience from 1–4 p.m., and it was fantastic. Three hours sounded like a long time when we booked it, but it went by incredibly fast. There are so many different experiences to try, and we left feeling completely relaxed. The pool is kept at about 35°C (95°F), which was perfect for relaxing between the different rooms. One of our favorites was the gong relaxation room, where you lie on a comfortable, slightly heated lounge while the lights change and different gong frequencies play for about 15 minutes. It was incredibly peaceful. We also loved the infrared relaxation experience with the vibrating beds and headphones. The guided audio, infrared light, music, and different levels of vibration were unbelievably relaxing — almost like an extended Savasana at the end of a great yoga session. We enjoyed this one so much that we did it three times! There are several sauna and temperature experiences as well, including an herbal sauna, steam room with a salt scrub, a Nordic sauna that was around 93–94°C (about 200°F), and even a snow room at −10°C (14°F). Going from the hot sauna into the snow room was quite an experience! The rainforest, cold-fog, and tropical-storm showers were another fun touch. The highlight at the end was the guided sauna experience hosted by Patrick. He did an excellent job explaining everything and leading us through breathing exercises before we entered. During the roughly 15-minute session, he slowly increased the heat while melting three scented snowballs and circulating the aromas throughout the sauna. We experienced lavender with northern fir, bergamot, and finally blood orange with a local flower. It was a fantastic way to finish the spa experience. There are also plenty of quiet areas to relax, along with water, lavender tea, and light snacks such as raisins and walnuts. We spent our final 20 minutes just relaxing on the chaise lounges and enjoying how peaceful we felt. Overall, this was one of the most unique and relaxing spa experiences we've had. The combination of heat, cold, sound, light, vibration, aromatherapy, and quiet relaxation made the three hours fly by. We would absolutely do it again. Highly recommended if you're visiting Stockholm!

We recently stayed at Hagastrand Hotel, and unfortunately, while the spa was exceptional, the hotel itself didn’t live up to our expectations. The absolute highlight of our stay was the spa. It was genuinely incredible, and the sauna ceremony was on a whole other level! one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. The spa staff were fantastic, friendly, and professional throughout. I also had a massage, which was amazing. It was a lovely touch that they provided a spa bag and swimming gear, making the whole experience feel really well thought out. Unfortunately, the hotel side of the experience was disappointing. We paid extra for a sea view, but it was so far from the sea that it really didn’t feel like a sea view at all. I wouldn’t recommend paying the additional cost, as it’s simply not worth it. The TV in our room wasn’t working, which was particularly frustrating because it contained all the hotel information. We reported it and were told someone would come to fix it, but nobody ever showed up. Service at reception was also lacking. I went down to ask about the breakfast, lunch, and dinner times and was simply told that lunch was on at the moment, without being given the information I’d actually asked for. Another frustration was that there were coffee machines dotted around the hotel, but they all appeared to be switched off. The only place to get a coffee or even a soft drink was the restaurant, which felt excessive when all I wanted was somewhere to grab a quick drink and relax. Overall, I would recommend the spa one million percent! it’s absolutely worth visiting. However, I wouldn’t recommend staying at the hotel itself. If you’re visiting, go for the spa experience, but I don’t think the hotel offers the same level of quality or service.

Amazing Spa! I had a truly relaxing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and calming, making it the perfect place to unwind. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Gabriel, Victor, Jessica, and Elin for their outstanding service. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this spa and look forward to coming back!

This experience is to be experienced and cannot be described. The Spa is world class with several different types of saunas and cold contrasts. The location is squeaky clean and the staff very professional. I want to commend Lisanne who administered a Nordic deep tissue massage that I have to say was one of the best, if not the best, I have ever experienced. She is extremely experienced and talented. She makes me want to visit Stockholm often.

Beautiful hotel and impressive state-of-the-art spa. I’ve been to most of the spa hotels in the Stockholm area…and this one is my new favorite. Everything is basically brand new and very well-designed. The focus is more on the spa and wellness - more about calmness and less of a party vibe (but maybe because I was there on a Sunday…either way, I was into it). The food was simple, yet high quality and delicious. Cocktails were very good and original. The room was spotless and very comfortable (but better blackout curtains are definitely needed for this time of year). Great bed. Great shower. Nice amenities. They even have air conditioning. But the highlight of the stay was the spa and the variety of different saunas, steam room, showers, sound/redlight/and vibration beds, and of course the guided Sauna Experience (amazing). I wish we had more than just three hours in the space. The location is also very ideal as it sits in Hagaparken and overlooks Brunnsviken. I don’t think they have direct lake access… but maybe that comes later? Still… beautiful views and plenty of nearby hiking trails. Also the staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Amazing customer service all around.
