Owner Danyel Couet about Allegrine:

At the over 20 restaurants that I have been to and have opened in the last 25 years, I have tested most things in cooking. The more food styles I've worked with, the stronger my childhood food memories draw me back to French cuisine.

Trendy, classic or innovative, words I ignore. At Restaurant Allegrine, I and my team serve good food with clear roots in French cuisine, interpreted and cooked in our personal way.

In the kitchen is head chef Sebastian H Thuresson. We got to know each other many years ago at Restaurant Grill, and are now my friend and partner at Allegrine. Sebastian has many years of experience in the industry from places such as F12, Grill, Kungsholmen, Villa Godthem, Taste, Fotografiska, Sturehof, Lilla Ego and the Lux restaurants.

Our tip: try the Côte De Boeuf if there is two or more dining!

Don´t miss the Chefs table kalled Köksbordet / Kitchen table:
In connection with the open kitchen at Restaurant Allegrine, the Kitchen Table is reserved for you and your company who want even more from this restaurant visit. Here, a specially composed fixed menu is served to everyone in the company - just as my family dinners were at home in the kitchen of Grandma Allegrine in Paris.

Don´t miss their winebar Bar Étables across the street before or after your meal or for lunch!
