Djuret (Swedish for The animal) is where you will find most uncommon of the seasons faunas from land and ocean is the base for their menu.
This set menu comprises of three courses where every creature and deliver meets its particular cooking system to give its greatest gastronomic articulation.
You have two options to go over the top, first option would be their signature menu “Grand de lux”.
Another options is the “Walking dinner”, in one night you will visit five restaurants: Burgundy , Flickan, Pubologi, Djuret and Tweed. You will enjoy the signature dish at each place. You will be part of an exclusive group of no more than 8 people, “tours” starting at 17.00, 18.00 and 19.00. The cost is 2500 SEK including drink.
