Came in with a friend 30 minutes before closing to see if she had time to do a piercing in my upper earlobe. Luckily, she accepted me and not only that! Earlier in the day, we had been to another piercer, where my friend and I had pierced ourselves. There we got what was claimed to be real titanium healing jewelry. But after Zarah took a quick look at my friend's jewelry, she could see that the jewelry could not possibly be titanium because of the shape and color of it. My friend, who of course wanted to avoid an allergic reaction, also asked if Zarah had time to exchange her jewelry for real titanium and she said yes. Very professional and thorough. She stayed a total of 1h20 min after closing to help us and answer all our questions about aftercare. In addition, everything was done for a very good price. You can't find a more genuine & helpful person than Zarah🙏
