The sauna experience is top notch, the cold plunge is invigorating, and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between wellness, community and pure enjoyment. One thing I especially appreciate is the variety of sessions and instructors. Each session brings something different, making every visit unique and giving you the chance to experience different styles, techniques and energy. What really stands out is the attention to detail and the genuine passion behind the concept. Whether you’re there to recover after training, unwind with friends or simply disconnect from everyday stress, Secret Sauna delivers every time. Been a regular at the Slakthuset location for a while and just tried the new spot in Mood, both are great. The guided sessions are the best! proper heat, cold plunges, breathwork and good music. It's a sauna spa experiance, you come out feeling genuinely reset. Highly recommend the Sacred Session if you haven't tried it.

Such an incredible place! I’ve been a huge fan of the first location the last year and now loving the location and availability of this one 😍 The massive ice bath pool, the warm showers and the cozy relaxed sauna vibe above in the sky makes this so special. Video is from the smashing opening!
